Houston Second Chance Apartments provides a free apartment locating service to renters in Greater Houston, Texas. We are TREC-licensed real estate professionals operating under Spirit Real Estate Group (Broker #562021-B) and a member of the National Association of Apartment Locators (NAAL).

Our service includes:

• Free pre-screening of apartment communities against your specific situation
• Personalized apartment lists matched to your budget and area
• Tour coordination with apartment communities
• Application support, including letters of explanation and conditional-approval negotiation
• Coordination with third-party guarantor services where applicable
• Post-lease concierge support for utilities, internet, and renters insurance

Free Service Model

Our service is 100% free to renters. Apartment communities pay us a referral commission when you move in. To enable that commission and keep the service free, you agree to list our team as your referral source on any apartment application you submit through us.

Your rent is not higher because you use our service. The referral commission comes from the apartment community's marketing budget, not from your rent.

No Guarantees

While we pre-screen communities against your situation and match you to those most likely to approve, final approval is always the decision of the apartment community. We cannot and do not guarantee approval at any specific property.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when working with us. Misrepresentations can result in denied applications, voided leases, and other consequences. We are not responsible for outcomes based on inaccurate information you provided.
