How the Free Search Works
- You reach out. Phone, text, email, or the form on our contact page. Tell us your budget, your target areas, and any flags on your record.
- We pre-screen. We map your profile against the screening criteria, look-back windows, and risk-fee terms of 1,000+ Houston communities.
- You get a personalized list. Usually the same day. Each community on the list has a real likelihood of approving you — not a guess.
- We coordinate tours. Once you pick the ones you want to see, we schedule with the leasing office and brief them before you arrive.
- We support the application. If a letter of explanation, guarantor, or risk-fee negotiation comes up, we handle it with you.
What the Service Costs You
Nothing. The apartment community pays us a referral commission when you move in — and only when you move in. You list us as your referral source on the application, and we get paid by the property. You never receive a bill from us, and your rent isn’t a dollar higher because you used us.
